To report abuse or violation of this privacy policy, please send an email to abuse@MFSolutions.co.uk and attach an unedited copy of the email message or other data that you feel was sent to you in error or without your permission. Include all header information so that M F Solutions can attempt to trace the origin of the message. Include any notes or other information that you feel are pertinent.

1. Site Visitor Privacy
- Personally identifiable information is not acquired directly from our site for visitors except as noted at 1.f. below.
- Site users may wish to contact Key Health Solutions / M F Solutions. User information obtained in this way is kept securely for the sole purpose of communication and is not used for any other purpose.
- Key Health Solutions / M F Solutions make every effort to preserve user privacy. However, we reserve the right to disclose personal / transactional information when required by law where, in good faith, we believe that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on this web site.
- Key Health Solutions / M F Solutions does not have an exclusive relationship with any of the advertisers or providers of functionality on the web site.
- The Key Health Solutions web site contains links to other web sites and information providers. Key Health Solutions / M F Solutions are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external sources.
- Our web servers may collect the domain name or IP address, browser type and referrer information of visitors to our web page(s). This information will not be transferred to any third-party although it may be used to compile demographic aggregations of site visitors. 2. Site Subscriber Privacy
- Key Health Solutions / M F Solutions maintains all subscription list data internally. Names, email addresses and other details are never passed to any third party except as described in 1.c. above.
- Unless otherwise stated, we collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email and information volunteered by users such as, but not limited to, list sign-up information, survey information, and/or site registrations.
- Key Health Solutions / M F Solutions may collect information to create an aggregate demographic profile of our user base so that we can improve content and services and provide demographic information to potential advertisers. No individual information is provided to any third-party. We may also use this information to customize the content and/or layout of our email messages or pages for each visitor, to notify you about updates to our web site and services, to send you an opt-in e-mail newsletter, to provide you with the products and/or services for which you signed-up or registered and which may include sending service disruption notices or other service or product-related information via email.
- User information will be stored in a database on a non-web site, but internet connected server. While we take all reasonable precautions to protect all data, electronically and physically, we will not be held responsible for the results of loss or misuse of data due to criminal activities such as hacking or theft, the failings of third parties such as maintenance contractors, or other losses or outages through acts of nature, failure of external services / service providers or hardware failure.
Email List Information Collection
- For each visitor that signs-up for an email list, Key Health Solutions / M F Solutions will retain only the information that is requested on the sign-up form.
- In our email messages to you which are distributed through such lists, we may provide information from third party providers about their products or services. This information is provided 'downstream' only, ie the third party is never given access to email addresses used. Third parties will be provided demographic information only, relating to number of emails sent and regions targeted.
- Users following third party links should check the privacy policy of the third party provider.
Use of Web Site Information Collected
- We may share collected information with another company in the event that we merge with or are acquired by another company.
- Upon request, by email using the subject ‘Personal Data Request’ to webmaster@MFSolutions.co.uk, we will provide you with the information that we maintain about you. For security, such responses will only be sent to the email address in question; third party requests will not be answered.
Postal Address Collection and Use
- If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. If you supply us with your telephone number, you will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding your enquiry.

- We, and some of our partners who provide some of the services and products on our site, may use cookies to record session information, such as sign-in information, record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, record past activity at a site in order to provide better service when you return to our site and customize web page or email message content based on your browser type or other information.

Unsubscribe from Services
- To unsubscribe from an individual service, send an email to support@MFSolutions.co.uk with the title UNSUBSCRIBE KHS = SERVICE where service is 'NEWSLETTER' or 'EMAIL'. To unsubscribe from all services, send email to support@MFSolutions.co.uk with the title UNSUBSCRIBE KHS = ALL. Note it may take up to 7 days to remove you from services. Once removed, should you wish to re-join a service in the future, you will have to create a new account. Old details are not retained for reuse.
