24/7 Operational Support
Our support office acts
as the focal point for all of our services. We provide a 24/7
helpdesk, dedicated to healthcare, where specialist staff provide
operational and technical support to our engineers and clients alike.
From here we also operate our integrated facilities management system,
which provides routine activity reports to our clients and staff
Mobile Support Teams
We are able to provide multi-disciplined mobile technicians who
operate through our 24/7 operational support office and provide
responsive, high quality support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We
prefer to provide directly employed staff where practical and cost
effective, however, they are supported and supplemented by a service
provider network, which ensures we can address a full range of
disciplines. Their tasks are to respond to emergency reactive
activities, or to provide a cost effective option where additional
resources are required to supplement our site based teams.
Consultancy & Project Management
With our extensive
experience in healthcare equipment and building management, we provide
consultancy services to a variety of clients. We also
specialise
in the provision of services to ensure compliance with current
guidance, best practice and statutory requirements. We provide advice,
guidance and project management services to a range of differing
healthcare environments from small projects such as refurbishments
through to design and build of new facilities
Biomedical Engineering Services
Key Health Solutions provides Biomedical Engineering Services which
are delivered in accordance with MDA DB 9801, offering support on all
medical equipment in respect of routine servicing and reactive service
calls. Specialist services include Anaesthesia
Delivery and Ventilation; Physiological Monitoring; Drug Delivery and
Diagnostic Services.
We provide engineering support services to medical equipment
companies and are authorised Service Agents
of internationally recognised manufacturers.
We maintain a
full service history of all medical equipment which can then be
reviewed for equipment status reports and for job tracking purposes.
We can also provide specialist advice and guidance on the procurement
of new / replacement equipment.
Accreditation & Compliance
Our expertise covers the full range of health, safety, environmental
and technical compliance issues that affect all manner of healthcare
environments. Our consultants are equipped with the skill and
up-to-date knowledge to assess, advise on and implement workplace
compliance.
We will audit, make
recommendations, report, undertake change and support clients through
